This class will primarily consist of bounce numbers. Expect a great deal of cardio to keep you going all weekend long!
Salsa is the rhythm, the dance, the musical excitement that sends people to the dance floor! This class will be power-packed with moves inspired by salsa tunes.
We'll set aside our toning segments and just focus on bouncing here. The class will alternate between high-intensity bounces and steady bounces to enable you to complete a power-packed, calorie-burning session!
