Let's strengthen our lateral glutes and work up a sweat with cardio. Optional equipment: A Pilates ball/rolled up towel/small pillow and light weights
A workout that aims to hit all the major muscle groups in one single session. This workout would include exercises for back, legs, chest, shoulders, arms and core.
This 45-min. class will feature bounce numbers that really sculpt our mid-section + a few other fun ways to work our abs.
