Think long and lean muscles during this full hour of toning and cardio! We will emphasize posture and flexibility through several exercises (and stretches). Optional props: Light weights (2-3lbs max) and a Pilates ball/rolled-up towel/small pillow.

This bellicon TONE class will provide cues and guidance as you learn how to move and strengthen your whole body using curated rebounding, bodyweight and optional mini-bands to carve up your body head-to-toe.
