This bellicon Pilates class is extremely form-focused. Throughout class you are cued and guided as you learn create purposeful movement patterns to cultivate beautifully sculpted arms, back, shoulders, chest and core.
This class will fuse rebounding, aerobics, Pilates and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) using optional Therabands into one AWESOME class.
We will tone thighs, glutes, upper body, and core while also sneaking in some cardio bounce fun!
This cardio training will make you sweat. Burning calories and strengthen up to 400 muscles in a fun way by performing different moves and steps on the rebounder.
It's time to press reset for the new year! Jenna will warm you up with a 16 min cardio sequence, followed by a spine strengthening Pilates series. As a special "finisher" she'll talk you through a gentle face massage to help the glow of a good movement session shine through!
