You'll begin with a warm up that uses repetitive sequences to keep the coordination simple and the cardiovascular work high. From there, you'll work through a circuit of squats, knee-friendly lunges and planks to work on building strength and stamina. Finally, you'll return to the bounce for the last 10 mins of class to review a pattern and close out the session with ENERGY!
Barre time will be focused on leg-shaking upper leg work, and arm work will help to tighten the triceps. (We'll still get our core, too.) Optional equipment: Light weights and a loop resistance band
Enjoy a bellicon TONE class that provides specific cues and guidance as you learn how to move and strengthen to create beautifully sculpted arms, back, shoulders, chest and core.

This 30-min. routine will feature bounce numbers primarily focused on jogging on the mat. I'll spice it up so it's not boring, for some great, sweaty fun!
