Using the Bellicon as your mat, Jenna leads you through a total body movement session that will organize your spine, and energize your core muscles. You'll put your mat work to the test with some short and spicy bounce sequences to keep you moving!
Try this new challenge: focus on strengthening one part of your body along with cardio exercise. Work out with one of our 4 instructors on these days: Monday with Kyle, Tuesday with Katie, Wednesday with Tiziana, and Thursday with me. Optional equipment - a set of light weights or substitutes.
You'll need your bellicon, small weights ( 1-2 lbs or no weights is fine too) and your best smile as you engage into a total body workout with Jenna.
