Mummy-runs, Monster-walks, Scary Sprints & Dead Lifts (get it???) are the name of this short cardio workout with Jenna. You'll enjoy some brief body-weight conditioning elements between burst of Halloween-inspired Cardio.
This class will alternate between short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods...but the fun twist is that the recovery periods will involve jogging on the bellicon...for a seriously effective workout.
Cardio exercises performed to trendy interval beats, to burn a lot of calories and to push your afterburn effect. Set goals, not limits.
A city view will make you feel on top of the world! Full-body strength and cardio challenges will give you a solid workout in only 30 minutes.
