Jenna leads you through strength training using body weight exercises and small weights (5lbs) and bounce sequences to give you a 45 minute workout that helps you feel empowered and ready to take on the rest of your week!
On your mark, get set, GO!!! Inspired by years of training and competition in USTAF this fun, quick-paced class will take you through the warm up, speed and agility drills and strengthening specific to the track and field world.
Jenna will lead you through a coordinated warm up series, followed by Pilates Matwork exercises and then it's back to the bounce! You'll get your corework, cardio and connection all within this fun class format.
