From Bollywood to Brazilian samba to Middle Eastern dance, get your bellicon out for a trip around the globe! No dance experience necessary. We will also include strength portions to work our upper body, lower body, and core.
Using the Bellicon as your mat, you'll roll, curl, bend and kick your way through a Pilates Mat Sequence, coupled with Jenna's November bounce sequence. We're adding on Part B in this class with the intention to give you a short sequence to repeat at home :).
