Level up your bellicon training. In this class we will use the SHADOWBOXER belt. Upper body work, boxing moves and cardio training in one class.

Jenna uses 5lb dumbbells and a resistance loop in this class along with strength exercises and cardio breaks on the bellicon. You can choose to do this class without the loop or weights and simply use your own bodyweight as the resistance. Either way, be prepared to sweat!
A mix of bounce and floor numbers but all cardio. Prepare to be drenched!
