In addition to being a Bellicon Trainer and Pilates Educator, Jenna is also a Meditation Leader. As a special offering for the new year, she leads us through a practice called: " I Wish I Were Here." This practice is for beginners and experienced meditators and all you need is yourself and a quiet space. You'll be guided through a practice that helps you work through feelings of longing for places, relationships and experiences that you've been craving this year. Through acknowledgment and perspective shifting, the intention is to begin the year from a place of appreciation that can be built upon and make your future experiences all the more sweet!
