Whether you will be hitting the slopes this winter or simply dreaming about it, we will target core and lower body exercises in this toning class. Optional props: One set of lighter weights; one set of heavier weights (~5lbs), and a towel for mat comfort during core work.
A 30-minute barre + bounce class with some "fiery" moves. We'll get in the spirit with some holiday music! Extra heat optional :)
Take time mid-week to restore your mind and body with Fayth and some feel good moves. Begin gentle breathing and a warm up, move into feel good cardio, and wrap up your session with a stretch and rest. Fun music will fuel your workout as well as your soul.
At just a half hour, there is definitely time to squeeze in this class! We'll get a good sweat in, but focus on feel-good music/moves.
