Take time mid-week to restore your mind and body with Fayth and some feel good moves. Begin gentle breathing and a warm up, move into feel good cardio, and wrap up your session with a stretch and rest. Fun music will fuel your workout as well as your soul.

Jenna will lead you through a coordinated warm up series, followed by Pilates Matwork exercises and then it's back to the bounce! You'll get your corework, cardio and connection all within this fun class format.
Jenna uses 5lb dumbbells and a resistance loop in this class along with strength exercises and cardio breaks on the bellicon. You can choose to do this class without the loop or weights and simply use your own bodyweight as the resistance. Either way, be prepared to sweat!
