Try this new challenge: focus on strengthening one part of your body along with cardio exercise. Work out with one of our 4 instructors on these days - Monday with Kyle, Tuesday with Katie, Wednesday with Tiziana, and Thursday with me! Suggested equipment - a set of light weights or substitutes.
This class takes you into the strength zone with intervals of cardio, coupled with strength training using dumbbells. In this class Jenna uses 10lb and 5lb dumbbells, however, you can choose the weight that works for you or simply work without weights, using your own body's resistance.
