Using the Bellicon as your mat, you'll roll, curl, bend and kick your way through a Pilates Mat Sequence, coupled with Jenna's November bounce sequence. We're adding on Part B in this class with the intention to give you a short sequence to repeat at home :).
This 45-minute bounce will have you feeling muy buena/o! We'll have some strength work too included for a full-body workout.
