In this short, 30 minute class, you'll be led through a sequence of progressive Pilates Mat Exercises that focus on connected coordination from head to toe!
In this class, we will alternate between simplified cardio and strength numbers. I will draw "moves" from a hat for a surprise, circuit-like element.
We'll set aside our toning segments and just focus on bouncing here. The class will alternate between high-intensity bounces and steady bounces to enable you to complete a power-packed, calorie-burning session!
