We'll get a good workout in but stick to the basics. Great for all levels!
This class will primarily consist of bounce numbers. Expect a great deal of cardio to keep you going all weekend long!
Disco and other upbeat music will provide the backdrop for this class, which will be full of heart-pumping bounces and strength challenges. You will feel amazing afterwards!
