Each "day" (i.e. 3 French Hens) will be represented by a bounce number that plays into the theme! A fun way to get a total body workout.
You'll use heavy (8-10lbs) and Light (3 - 5lbs) in this strength and conditioning class with Jenna. Start with cardio sequences to get you warm and ready, enjoy a series of conditioning circuits and cool down with a final bounce!
Why Fire? Because that’s what your core will feel like after this 45 minute class. Front the bounces to our mat work, come ready to hit every part of your core and feel the fire!
We'll spend half the time bouncing and half the time on strength work - class will fly by!
