Optional equipment: A low- to medium-resistance mini band (circle resistance band).
Jenna will guide you through a sequence to warm you up and follow with a bit of self-massage and foot strengthening exercises. Finally, we pull it all together into a fun bounce sequence that will have you walking on air!
