We had a recent request for a "senior bounce" class and I thought we could all use a little refresher of the basics. This class will prepare your support systems, integrate balance and coordination and move through a basic pattern to get you moving!
It's hot outside, so what we do we do? Match it inside, of course! Let's put in some work (I'll make it fun still!) and feel amazing afterwards.
Using the Bellicon as your mat, Jenna will guide you through a series that creates space in your body and prepares you for standing balance, a coordinated bounce series and mobilizing moves galore.
Try this new challenge: focus on strengthening one part of your body along with cardio exercise. Work out with one of our 4 instructors on these days - Monday with Kyle, Tuesday with Katie, Wednesday with Tiziana, and Thursday with me! Suggested equipment - N/A.
