Sprint intervals will be sprinkled throughout the barre & bounce format you know and love. Optional equipment: A pair of light weights/cans/water bottles, plus a pair of gliding discs/towels/paper plates
We're going to amp things up and sweat! No barre required; use a stool, desk, table, or countertop.
Amped-up cardio will follow a challenging set of full-body barre sequences. Optional equipment: A Pilates ball, pillow, or large towel, plus light weights or a substitute.
