This class takes you into the strength zone with intervals of cardio, coupled with strength training using dumbbells. In this class Jenna uses 10lb and 5lb dumbbells, however, you can choose the weight that works for you or simply work without weights, using your own body's resistance.
We will start and end with some bouncing, but you are really going to feel the BURN from the great toning work we'll do in the middle.
