This class takes you into the strength zone with intervals of cardio, coupled with strength training using dumbbells. In this class Jenna uses 10lb and 5lb dumbbells, however, you can choose the weight that works for you or simply work without weights, using your own body's resistance.
Tighten your glutes with barre work and destress by way of bouncing. Expect a fun playlist to power you through! Optional equipment: Light weights.
