Join Jenna for a Barre and Bounce Session that covers the Full Body. From ballet-inspired bounce sequences, a challenging standing leg series and upper body support strategies, this class will get you moving. There's even a special guest star who showed up to help us move and stretch!
We will cycle through your favorite barre moves (think plies) with beautiful arms. Cardio will be heavy on dance, smiles, and attitude!
Join Jenna to for a circuit-based session that alternates between mat, barre and bounce exercises for a full-body workout.
We will use a t-bar if you have one. If not, you can use a countertop, stool, or chair. Traditional barre + bounce format.
