    Episode 2

    Work on your bikini shape with this fun interval workout. Cardio parts mixed with toning exercises for your glutes, legs and abs to keep your fat burning metabolism up.

  • Jump Fit with Antonia W.

    Episode 3

    This cardio training is performed to energetic music and is pure fun. Basic Jumping steps will bring your heart rate up.

    This toning class is focusing on your core. Strengthen your abs and shape your waist on the bellicon.
