This new series features bellicon® JUMPING. This workout uses more than 400 muscles, much more than comparable endurance sports. bellicon® JUMPING is significantly more effective than jogging and at the same time protects the joints. Belly, legs, buttocks - bellicon® JUMPING strengthens all parts of the body. In addition, dynamic exercises improve your stamina and prevent back problems.
