We had a recent request for a "senior bounce" class and I thought we could all use a little refresher of the basics. This class will prepare your support systems, integrate balance and coordination and move through a basic pattern to get you moving!
A fast-paced, 30-minute bounce filled with dance choreography. No dance experience needed, only a big smile and a willingness not to be perfect the first time through.
Cycle through intervals of bodyweight cardio and strength for 30 minutes.
