This class will primarily consist of bounce numbers. Expect a great deal of cardio to keep you going all weekend long!
We'll get a good workout in but stick to the basics. Great for all levels!
We'll set aside our toning segments and just focus on bouncing here. The class will alternate between high-intensity bounces and steady bounces to enable you to complete a power-packed, calorie-burning session!
In this class, we will alternate between simplified cardio and strength numbers. I will draw "moves" from a hat for a surprise, circuit-like element.
