Jenna leads you through strength training using body weight exercises and small weights (5lbs) and bounce sequences to give you a 45 minute workout that helps you feel empowered and ready to take on the rest of your week!
This week you'll join Jenna for a short, recovery bounce class. It's mid-month in fall and we could all use a little kick start to our practice. You'll move through simple patterning, short intervals, spinal alignment movements and stretches to help you recharge.
