We'll set aside our toning segments and just focus on bouncing here. The class will alternate between high-intensity bounces and steady bounces to enable you to complete a power-packed, calorie-burning session!
In this class, we will alternate between simplified cardio and strength numbers. I will draw "moves" from a hat for a surprise, circuit-like element.
Dial up the energy for only 30 minutes. Expect simple moves, faster tempos, and longer sets with the moves to maximize your calorie burn.
We will bounce and incorporate basic balance moves in a shorter format. Keep those muscles moving, but at a much lower intensity! No equipment needed.
