We'll set aside our toning segments and just focus on bouncing here. The class will alternate between high-intensity bounces and steady bounces to enable you to complete a power-packed, calorie-burning session!
No props needed as we bounce for 30 minutes, with many patterns including twisting motions to whittle our waists.
