Try this new challenge: focus on strengthening one part of your body along with cardio exercise. Work out with one of our 4 instructors on these days: Monday with Kyle, Tuesday with Katie, Wednesday with Tiziana, and Thursday with me. Optional equipment - a set of light weights or substitutes.
We will keep it fun and light, with simple choreography and plenty of instruction that will have you feeling great and ready to tackle the next class!
Join Jenna for an endurance-based workout that builds from heart pumping coordination patterns to a small-weights strength session. You'll need 3 - 5 lb weights for the strength section, but don't be fooled by the size - you'll definitely feel "animation" in your muscles after this class.
Bring out your inner diva (or dude!) as we tackle a heart-pumping routine inspired by the big stage.
