Fatigue muscle groups with small, repetitive movements in our BARRE classes. This full-body workout will focus on building lean muscles and improving your balance. No T bar? No problem. You can turn the bellicon on its side or use a countertop or the back of a chair. With half of the class targeting these toning exercises, the other half will involve fat-burning cardio. Challenging strength exercises and cardio to keep you focused and fit. Optional equipment: Light weights (2-3lbs) or a substitute.
Let's strengthen our lateral glutes and work up a sweat with cardio. Optional equipment: A Pilates ball/rolled up towel/small pillow and light weights
Barre time will be focused on leg-shaking upper leg work, and arm work will help to tighten the triceps. (We'll still get our core, too.) Optional equipment: Light weights and a loop resistance band
We will tone thighs, glutes, upper body, and core while also sneaking in some cardio bounce fun!
