Tiziana Castiglioni, originally from Milan – Italy, has been a very active and sport person all her life. Her job as a marketing executive for a top 100 American corporation got her to travel and live in many countries, and experience fitness with many and different local flavors. After a long rehab session from pelvic misalignment, her passion to achieve the perfect and healthier posture became even bigger and decided to make it a real purpose in her life. She now holds certifications in Pilates from PAI and Cardiolates and is also a proud Master Trainer for the bellicon Academy in the USA and Italy.
