Let's wind down after a tough week! This class with consisted of mostly closed chain bouncing, stretching, and breathing to allow our bodies to cool down and rest after the challenging week, as well as to detox and reset our minds and bodies for the week to come.
Will be taking a bounce class and amping up the difficulty working in a high knee bounce position, focusing on the cohesion of balance and power and how to control them in our practices!
