Fayth is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher who has performed, choreographed, and taught in New York City, Chicago and internationally. She was awarded the Kenan Fellowship at Lincoln Center Institute where she was able to teach and premiere her choreography in New York. In 2011 Fayth founded and opened Sixpax Incorporated, a Pilates and movement studio in downtown Chicago. Fayth has owned and operated Sixpax and developed many programs within Sixpax including community volunteer programs called Reach Out. Give Back. and the Exercise Your Mind Book Club which have grown to serve dozens of local organizations from schools to Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium. Sixpax expanded internationally holding their first international wellness retreat in Costa Rica in 2014. Fayth holds her full Pilates certification through the Pilates Method Alliance and has additional certificates from Pilates Academy International and Stott Pilates and is an ACE certified personal trainer. She has managed Pilates programs for various gyms including Equinox and Crunch and has appeared in multiple PR events for bellicon. Fayth has taught courses and workshops educating in special conditions and injuries, programming for breast cancer survivors, pre and post natal work, suspension training, rebounding, anatomy, dance technique and improvisation. She is a NY, NY native and holds a B.F.A in dance from the University of the North Carolina School of the Arts and an M.F.A. in dance from Hollins University in association with The American Dance Festival (Duke University), The Frankfurt Conservatory of Performing Arts (Germany) and The Forsythe Company (Germany). She is currently the education coordinator for bellicon USA, is adjunct faculty in the Department of Drama at University of the North Carolina School of the Arts and also can be found teaching at Wake Forest University. Fayth is married and is the proud mom of two daughters.
