Carve It® BITTYs are 15 minute micro-classes. Whether you are looking to perfect specific moves, target a particular area of the body or supplement your training regimen, BITTYs are a great addition. These classes delve into training targeted areas of the body or learning how to properly work on a rebounder. Planks, ab-work, push-ups, perfecting form, or a source of variation for the aforementioned and more, BITTYs are a great place to look for inspiration and instruction!
We will add plenty of arm movements to our leg strength exercises to up our calorie burn. Get ready also for kicks and cardio challenges. Optional: Light weights/cans/water bottles and sliding discs/paper plate/towel
